Written Leaves is a small, independent publishing company. We opened our doors in 2008 after reading Terry Lee Wright’s River Of Innocents, a profound and powerful story of modern-day slavery; a story that needed to be told. The U.N. Office on Drugs and Crime Anti-Human Trafficking and Migrant Smuggling Unit has said that River of Innocents should stand as a global call to arms in the fight against human trafficking.
