Shipping & Delivery: All orders are shipped within 48 hours via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Media Mail (as selected by the customer). First class mail is only available for small quantities; three or more books can be shipped only via media mail or flat-rate priority mail combinations.
Privacy & Security: We don't sell your information to anyone. That would be evil.
Returns & Replacements: Defects in printing or production will result in a prompt replacement of the defective product, but have not occured as of yet in any cases.
Ordering: Credit-cart processing is available through google checkout; all financially sensitive transactions are encrypted between your computer and google's, and our server does not hold or process your credit card information. We nevertheless encourage you to be sure the computer from which you are working is fully patched and up-to-date with firewall and anti-virus protection before using your credit card data on any online merchant.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions: If you have a coupon code, it may be entered in the shopping cart.
Viewing Orders: Orders processed via google checkout are visible to you both in your designated email account and via their interface.
